It Is Forbidden

Players split into teams and devise a series of scenes of cultural clashes. After each clash, the rule that was broken is written down. At the end, the two cultures may face war or total extinction, and both sides will have a series of laws that are the foundation of their culture and beliefs. 

A game of political themes but also one that lets you create a culture to use in other games or stories. For four players and up.
